Dr. Cheng is an associate professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at UC Davis.  Her primary research area is in structural engineering.

Deb Niemeier's research focuses on developing highly accurate, accessible processes and emissions modeling and urban models that can be used in the public and private sector.
